Tresillian House, located on its own private estate near Newquay, has recently been substantially restored and renovated. With its well maintained gardens and orchards, it is an idyllic spot for a complete change.

Located just 5 miles from Newquay and the North coast Cornish beaches, Tresillian House offers privacy, luxury and ready access to beaches, swimming, surfing and many local family attractions.

Accommodation is available in the Main house (16). In addition the Apple Store (12) and the Laundry Cottage (2) are available but only with accommodation taken in the Main House.

Guests can only be accommodated after 4pm on Saturdays and must depart by 10am on the following Saturday.

We regret that pets are not permitted during your stay at Tresillian House. Tresillian has a non-smoking policy in all its buildings.

Housekeeping

Lets are from Saturday 4.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.

Luggage drops can occur before 4pm on Saturday. We happily accept deliveries of groceries bought online before your arrival on the Saturday and will place cold items in the fridge for you. The nearest supermarket is a Morrisons supermarket and food deliveries should be made to Tresillian House, Kestle Mill, Newquay, TR8 4PS.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings. If the ban is ignored we will have to do a deep clean and the damages deposit will be held to cover this additional expense.

Pets are not permitted.

All linen is provided including towels, additional blankets and beach towels. Laundry facilities are available for use by guests. We request that all beds are stripped and bins and dishwashers emptied prior to departure. Thank you.

There is a travel cot which can be put up in any room you choose. There is a high chair available too on request.

Wireless broadband internet access is available in the library and in the drawing room.

The dining table extends to seat 20 if required please contact the housekeeper who can advise.

For longer-staying guests, linen is changed on Saturday by the housekeepers.

If you would like the housekeepers to clean during your longer stay they are available on request. Please arrange times and addtional payment directly with them.

Rates

Our seasonal rates appear below. Changeover is on a Saturday. No guests can access the property before 4pm because of the high standard of cleaning required on this large property. We do accept a luggage drop before this time. Departure must be at 10am on the following Saturday. The Laundry Cottage is only available with accommmodation in Tresillian House. All rates are weekly.
