Tresillian House
Situated just five miles from Newquay and the North coast Cornish beaches and less than 15 minutes from the airport, this substantial Regency period country house sleeps 16 in comfort and the property offers extended accommodation for up to 30 people, with equal rates for personal or corporate use.
The house itself has been extensively restored in recent years, and now sleeps 16, with a total of 8 bedrooms: five en suite rooms and a further three twin bedrooms and large family bathroom. There is further accommodation available in a converted Apple Store which has 5 en suite bedrooms, a twin room, plus a large sitting room and dining rooms. There is also a Laundry Cottage which is has a double bedroom and en suite bathroom plus a kitchen and sitting room. Finally, there is a converted Barn with seating over 150 guests which is available for conferences, lectures, receptions and the like.
Only a mile from National Trust Property Trerice, Tresillian House is close to many family holiday attractions, wonderful sea-food restaurants and a selection of new gastro-pubs. But above all it is close to the beaches, swimming and surfing for which the area is famous.
The house is set in 22 acres of gardens including areas specifially for children and is surrounded by 160 acres of private woodland and farmland.

Family Holidays and Events
Very few venues allow for luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 30 people in a home-like atmosphere. Tresillian House is the perfect destination for large families or groups, and we even have sections of our gardens that specifically cater to children (including a playground and trampoline). Because of the scale of the house and the high standard of cleanliness we cannot accept guests before 4pm on Saturdays and guests must vacate by 10am on the following Saturday. We do accept a luggage drop before 4pm.

Recent refurbishment of the main house and surrounding buildings provides large companies with the perfect opportunity to treat up to 28 key employees or clients to a luxury stay in a communal atmosphere, with the Laundry Cottage held in reserve for your most senior executive or special guest(s).
