Otherwise, from Exeter take the A30 towards Okehampton and Launceston.

Keep going on the A30 for about and hour and a half (about 100 miles) until you get to the A3058 intersection marked 'St Austell, Newquay and Summercourt (there is a separate brown tourist sign for "Dairyland" on the sliproad).

Go up the slip road, and into Summercourt where you turn right at traffic lights onto the A3058 towards Newquay.

Keep going for about 2 miles past turnings to Mitchell and Newlyn East until you see 'Dairyland' on your right.

The entrance to Tresillian House is a white gate on the left about 150m after Dairyland.

If you miss the first white gate, which is normally locked anyway, there is a second one 50 yards later which you take and turn left into another white gate at the end of the lane.
