Tresillian House, located on its own private estate near Newquay, has recently been substantially restored and renovated. With its well maintained gardens and orchards, it is an idyllic spot for a complete change.

Located just 5 miles from Newquay and the North coast Cornish beaches, Tresillian House offers privacy, luxury and ready access to beaches, swimming, surfing and many local family attractions.

Accommodation is available in the Main house (16). In addition the Apple Store (12) and the Laundry Cottage (2) are available but only with accommodation taken in the Main House.

Guests can only be accommodated after 4pm on Saturdays and must depart by 10am on the following Saturday.

We regret that pets are not permitted during your stay at Tresillian House. Tresillian has a non-smoking policy in all its buildings.

The Laundry Cottage

This absolutely charming double bedroomed cottage would be ideal to accommodate any staff member or nanny required so they may be nearby but separate from the main house party. It is simply decorated with a shaker-style kitchen, a table seating four and a sitting room also seating four. As a former laundry this building was where the water was heated to wash the linen and as such has an enormous original inglenook fireplace. This has now been fitted with a convenient and efficient woodburning stove.

There is also central heating and a washer/dryer and a TV.

Being self-contained and having equal character to the rest of the property, it would also be suitable as exclusive accommodation for the most senior executive or special guest at a corporate gathering.

The Laundry Cottage faces onto the courtyard garden and a recently planted cottage garden to the front and the lakes and lawns from the other side.
