Tresillian House, located on its own private estate near Newquay, has recently been substantially restored and renovated. With its well maintained gardens and orchards, it is an idyllic spot for a complete change.

Located just 5 miles from Newquay and the North coast Cornish beaches, Tresillian House offers privacy, luxury and ready access to beaches, swimming, surfing and many local family attractions.

Accommodation is available in the Main house (16). In addition the Apple Store (12) and the Laundry Cottage (2) are available but only with accommodation taken in the Main House.

Guests can only be accommodated after 4pm on Saturdays and must depart by 10am on the following Saturday.

We regret that pets are not permitted during your stay at Tresillian House. Tresillian has a non-smoking policy in all its buildings.

The Apple Store and Barn

The Apple Store, recently converted, has 6 double bedrooms, 4 with en suite bathrooms (3 on the ground floor, one of which has twin beds and access for the elderly and disabled is relatively easy here). One of the ensuite bedrooms has another twin bedroom attached and would make a good family suite. The building has a sunny Southerly facing aspect and overlooks a smart courtyard garden with lawn. To the back of the building there is a large terrace a garden laid to lawn and access to the children's playground.

The Apple Store has moderate kitchen facilities and a large sitting area with TV/DVD and Video. There is also a dining table with seating for 12.

Attached to the Apple Store there is a Barn accessible from the Apple Store or separately from outside. This building is used for conferences/lectures and receptions. It has garden access and full conference facilities including seating/tables/projector/lighting and sound systems. The barn has its own toilet facilities, including those for the disabled.
